Who’s ready for this month’s recipe! This was so simple and great for meal prep. Aside from the spices, I got everything from Milk and Eggs (all linked in the ingredients list) and all of the groceries cost less than $25!

What you’ll need:
16 oz flank steak
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional:
Rice
Beans
Corn Tortillas
Cheese
Preheat the oven to 450 F
First, chop the bell peppers and onion and add to a large bowl.
Then, slice the flank steak against the grain and add into the bowl.
Mix up the spices (cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper) in a separate bowl.
Combine the spices and garlic with the meat and veggies.
Bake in the oven for 12-20 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
Serve in a bowl with rice and beans or in taco form with tortillas!
