Milk and Eggs: The Easiest Breakfast You’ve Ever Made

Hi friends! I’m back again with another Milk and Eggs post!

This time it’s all about an easy breakfast, overnight oats! Woohoo!
The recipe I used started with a friends recommendation and turned into my own creation and to say I’m addicted would be an understatement. (My vegan dad is so sick of me trying to convince him to have this for breakfast.) I went on a weekend getaway to Joshua Tree and brought my oats ingredients with me for a quick breakfast that saved money and gave me more time to explore!

What you’ll need:
A mason jar with a tight lid
A fridge
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
1 handful of blueberries (1/2 sliced banana is another great option)
1/2 cup milk
1 handful of raisins (optional)
1 handful of granola (optional)

1. Start with your oats in the mason jar.

2. Then add chia seeds (this helps soak up the milk), brown sugar (optional for a little sweetness), blueberries and milk.

3. Shake it up!

4. Leave in the fridge over night (duh) and in the morning throw in your toppings and you’re ready to go!

Don’t forget to enjoy them in your meditation nook!

JUST KIDDING! I don’t have a meditation nook, but the adorable Airbnb we stayed in did!
