I bought this skirt on a total whim from Forever 21 last year and I gotta be honest, I’ve never worn it. I felt like I never had an appropriate place to wear it, until I realized that that’s a dumb excuse!

So I threw on some sneakers and a fancy white shirt and made my friend take pictures on her balcony 😀
